For the past few summers, Ascension has been a hub of community and learning, hosting a Podcast discussion group on select Saturdays. It's not just about the podcasts; it's about the people - a chance to socialize with diverse individuals from Ascension and the community. This Saturday, June 8th, at 10:00 a.m., is our first summer podcast gathering at Civil Pour on Walnut Hill Lane. Over a cup of coffee, we'll dive into a podcast that addresses love, loss, beauty, or a cultural issue through the lens of Christian spirituality. By meeting offsite, we aim to extend our ministry beyond the church walls, providing a warm and inclusive environment for everyone, whether they are members of our congregation or part of the local community.
